Mark is a visionary business leader with over 30 years expertise building and managing businesses across real estate digital platforms, agency, prop-tech, mortgage and related industry services. As a founding director of patche and the Group Founder, he brings this depth of experience to the Group vision of patche® and its related entities.

A pioneer of property innovation since the mid-1990s, Mark has founded and led three national businesses. He was the Founder and Managing Director of rent.com.au for eight years, building the business through its ASX listing in 2015 (ASX: RNT), growing it into Australia’s largest rental portal, used by more than 600,000 renters each month, and delivering industry-first and leading services for licensees, property managers, landlords and renters.

Mark was the Managing Director of the Think Property and Finance Group and earlier founded InfoWave, creator of RealWeb, one of Australia’s first real estate portals launched in 1997.

His career includes Agency of the Year recognition, finalist honours at the 2016 WAITTA INCITE Achiever of the Year Awards and serving as Co-Founder and Chairman of the eGroup Association for Entrepreneurs. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business, Land Economist qualifications, a Certificate IV in Finance, and a real estate licence.
