Phil is one of the founding directors of patche® and was the CEO of the Group of Companies (including Buymyplace and patche®) during its ramp-up years.

Phil has a comprehensive management background in education, curriculum, corporate training, sales and PropTech project management.

His expertise and success in real-estate includes agency operations, sales and 16 years as a project manager involved in PropTech development, real estate CRMs, portals, websites and phone apps, including the successful ongoing development of the aussiehome.com real estate portal and CRM, the Real Estate Institute of Queensland’s first real estate portal, The West Real Estate’s (West Australian Newspaper) first real estate portal, and was head of REIWA member website development and services.
