We’re recruiting an initial 15 experienced real estate professionals, both licensees and sales representatives, in all areas of Perth and regional WA who want the same type of independence of working for themselves, backed by the stability and prestige of a premier national brand – team players eager to contribute to something larger than themselves.

Start on a generous 90% commission from day one, and once your gross commissions reach $300k in a financial year, you’ll jump to 100% on every deal for the rest of the year. Be an employee

Unlike franchise and other contractor type structures, we are keeping things simple. This means that you and all sales representatives will be an employee of the Company working on a ‘commission only’ basis. The benefit to you is that you don’t lose out on any financial or income growth benefits, and we will manage admin tasks and all of your monthly payments, tax and superannuation from the income you earn.

On top of that, we will pay for your Professional Indemnity, Public Liability and Workers Compensation Insurances.

This structure enables us to conduct better corporate marketing, leads generation, administration with less complexity and lower overheads, all of which benefit you

Administration support

We provide dedicated admin support so you can spend less time buried in paperwork and more time focused on high-impact activities—like building relationships, closing deals, and growing your brand. Training and social

Over and above your normal CPD points required, which you can do with any provider at your cost, we will provide additional training, and like any growing business, we expect to have fun along the way with regular gatherings, and of course, we look forward to kicking off an exciting awards and recognition program for everyone.  

Agent onboarding

We will help you get established quickly and easily with dedicated onboarding assistance:

  • Bring your current listings across on an equal listing tier in realestate.com.au
  • Training to learn the CRM and other systems for maximum utilisation
  • Uploading your contacts into the databases (which you will always own).
  • Create your personal profile for all advertising, materials, social media etc.
  • You will get your own personal branded website landing page
